Cannot pair WDHA-12 Wireless Gateway with Veralite

I am trying to pair my wdha-12 to my veralite. but it doesn’t detect it. Here is what I’m doing.

I press the copy and scene 1 button until i see all 3 light start flashing. I put the device next to my vera lite. I logged into the dashboard and go to Device → Add Device → Add Z-wave device. it say nothing detected.

Anything i need to do to get this device detected? please advise. thanks

Yes I have. I followed that direction but cannot get it to pair up or detect in veralite. That instruction is for vera but i know it will work the same for vera lite, but for some reason it just doesn’t sync up. Anyone got any suggestion?

after i did a reset on the device i was able to see it in vera now. just needed to do a reset and take out the battery on the device…
