Everything was working fine and I had Ethernet Control of of my VistaCam HD plus I could see my camera output on my smart phone but when I attempted to connect everything to my WiFi somehow I got locked out of my account which was not recognizing my sign-in…Help!!

I was really lost for a while and read everything, tried everything, but I was still locked out! Whatever happened really messed up my Vera 3 but finally with the help from Dana of the Vera Smarter Home Control she got things straightened out. It took awhile but my system is back!
