Cannot install new VeraEdge

Hi all,

Received my unit yesterday and haven’t been able to get it to work. I tried to great an account on home.getvera.com and then connect to the unit but I always get the error: “luup engine is taking longer to reload”.

So I tried to reset it by pressing the reset with a pin and plugging in the power at the same time. The power light blinked all night so I just unplugged and plugged back in. Now the Power, Zwave and Service lights are blinking.

When I go to home.getvera.com it now asks me to enter the serial number for the unit but before it auto detected it.

Any suggestions?

In the end I ssh’d into the unit and reset from the shell. Everything appears to be working now.

If you are using Internet Explorer try Chrome instead. I have experienced problem and not responsing UI in IE but it works better (better not good…) in Chrome
