I am moving into a new apartment and am putting in a new controller. The devices are currently paired to a VeraLiteG. I have tried SEVERAL times to exclude them so I can add them to the new controller. The Exclude process is a total failure. The only device I was able to add to the new controller is the Thermostat and that was by resetting it while the Vera was powered off. I tried that with the lock - no luck. I have no clue how to reset the Jasco switches, some are in wall not plug in style. ???
