Yesterday I wanted to switch light with the iVera app on my iPhone.
No connection possible. No message from the app.
Today I found out that there is a new app: VeraMobile… but that cannot connect either with the known user and password.
Ok… Lets define a new MIOS unit user: but the app says that the serial number and/or the MAC address is not correct.
I’ve checked it twice and had it checked by a friend. Exactly entered the serial number and the MAC address.
Device is a Vera3, connection through MiOS is ok.
Internet connection is OK, wifi is ok.
Our official apps do not ask for MAC address so I suspect you are using some 3’rd party app.
