I just bought this vera 3, im still on the process of adding the controller input the SN and the mac address but it doesnt go thru the error says " unit not available for assigne. I there any body can help why this error happened?
Wet through the exact same problem 30 minutes ago.
Called tech support, after giving him my serial number he said i was running UI5 and need to upgrade.
Iwent here - firmware.getvera.com followed the process, then it worked.
