Can you preset the dim level for a z-wave dimmer?

Hi,
I have Fibaro FGD211 dimmer in conjunction with an ordinary wall switch. When I flip the wall switch, the light returns to its previous level. Flip it again to turn off.
I would like the dim level to be pre-adjusted depending on the time of the day. If I turn on the light late at night, I would like a lower setting, say 10%, and at day maybe 70%. This setting apparently lies in the z-wave device itself.
Can the preset dim level be adjusted?
If I set LoadLevelTarget to 10 and then 0 I have achieved my goal, but then of course the light flickers…

I looked at a previous post, but that did not seem to give much hope: http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,6194.0.html

Are any secret/low level Z-wave commands that can achieve this?
Thanks

I made exactly what you want : http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,10860.msg76288.html#msg76288

Thanks! That really seems to work well.

Not sure they exist, or know of hardware that supports it. Quickly overwriting the level as per @psykokwak’s post is probably the next-best solution (but does rely on the switch status being reported to Vera instantly).

Interesting. At least the fibaro sends status reports which vera responds to quickly, but I just noticed that if the system is in rest, then it takes a couple of seconds until the light is readjusted. Like psykokwak says, I could increase the ramp time.
