Here’s a question I can’t seem to find a good answer for. I have GE switches throughout; I would like to have it launch a scene when pressed on. Is that possible? I’m using Vera 2.
I figured this out. I created a scene, created an event, selected the device (switch) I wanted to associate to the scene, selected the trigger and then selected the mode (ON/OFF).
By doing this, I was able to “launch” the “Kitchen Lights On” scene when pressing only one of five switches in my kitchen.

Do the lights respond immediately? If so are the switch next to Vera (i.e. no hops to get to the zwave controller in Vera).
