Cameras problems after upgrading to 1.7.719

Hello,

I had 4 cameras fully fonctional with the previous version of UI7.
After upgrading to 1.7.719, I only get the “No Cameras detected” in the “Cameras section”.

I still can see them in my device list. When viewing camera details, I have the camera captured correctly, but I get a banner “You are seeing the video in emulation mode, click on Retry to load it again in continous mode”, and images are correctly refreshed behind the banner…

Any clue on how to solve that ? My cameras are DLink DCS-932L.

The newer firmware allows you to close those message.

Had the same problem with my cameras. Opened an incident report with Customer Support. Took several days to respond but, they upgraded my firmware to 1.7.730 which seems to have cleared the messages. Wish I could say the same about my Schlage BE469NX deadbolt. It hasn’t worked since I upgraded to 1.7.719. Anyway, open a ticket and see if the upgrade will fix you camera issues.
