Tried to search on the forum but couldn’t find a answer…

How long are archive images kept on the server whihc are created on trigger event? (Or can this be set somewhere?)
How much images can be stored in the archive (number of pics/storage space) ?

Not sure of the official limit but I found if I stored an image 1/minute I hit a limit at 84 pages of archives with 12 images per page or 1008 images. I assume that’s the limit. Now I need to learn how to store images and video locally to get around this.

I THINK they keep it for 30 days. I make sure to DELETE all the photos I don’t need to save so that I am not at the maximum number of photos if I have a break in. To do that, go to Account, then click on alerts. You can delete your photos there.

I had my 2 Foscams to archive a photo whenever motion was detected while armed when I was away on vacation for two weeks. Due to the fact that I had them set too high on their motion sensitivity, they had archived a large amount of pictures when the sun would cast shadows on walls…etc. I was able to view all the archived photos while I was away with no issue. Today however, when I just happened to check my archives again, most of all the dates that had photos archived are now blank, and the few dates that showed they should still have some photos archived just show up as a “?” instead of a thumbnail of the image, and refuses to open the image. Has anyone else had archived photos just randomly disappear? Did I reach my archive max and Vera just removed all my archived photos?
