I cannot access my Vera and nothing seems to work anymore ping is not responding.
When I look at the Vera lite, all LEDs are OFF!
If I restart it (cable power on/off) , the 4 LEDs are ON for less than 1 second, and then ALL OFF !
Contacted support and they want me to send the Vera to them so that they give me $50 off a new Vera, problem is I am not in US any longer and the shipping cost would negate the $50 saving. I think its time to say bye to vera and switch to smart things.
If you are no longer in the US, I assume you still fall under it’s frequency band. If you change countries you have to consider the allowed z-wave frequency for your new location.

Do note that if you are no longer in the USA, the approved/regulated Z-Wave frequency for your current location may be different. Vera and other Z-Wave controllers such as eg SmartThings are location specific regarding their frequency so if you are in a location with a different frequency and eg a different voltage or plug configuration you will have a hard time finding devices that will communicate with the USA Vera.
The Z-Wave Radio uses the 868.42 MHz SRD Band (Europe); the 900 MHz ISM band: 908.42 MHz (United States); 916 MHz (Israel); 919.82 MHz (Hong Kong); 921.42 MHz (Australian/New Zealand),India 865.2 MHz.
