What is the current recommended browser? Back in the day, Safari seemed to do the UI very well. Maybe about a year ago I noticed Firefox would execute scenes when manually pressed from the UI and safari would not.
Now with VeraPlus after 2 hours trying to get a controller shift to work, it took IE9 on a virtual machine to complete it. Everything relatively smooth I guess, but now Im starting to add logic and scenes, nothing sticks in Safari. PLEG triggers, scenes, all affected. A couple reboots later they may show back up, may not.
I’m wondering if its browser related or UI7, I came from UI5 and haven’t read any similar problems on here.

Vera works best with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome(beware of plugins like ad blockers and noScript)…
Internet Explorer, Safari, Edge and others all present problems of one kind or another and have done so since at least UI5.
Safari has never worked for me recently with UI7 as you cannot ‘log in’ to the Alerts section. You log in once but it keeps asking you to log in again, never letting you get past that.
So far I have gotten one door to stick as a PLEG trigger. All these browsers used to work fine for me, maybe wouldn’t display an icon correctly but the core functionality was still there. Who would’ve thought a browser would be keeping a controller shift from happening when you get all the relevant feedback, from both. I don’t use plugins for browsers. Maybe ill track down an old copy Netscape Navigator and see how she goes. 8)
