Browse Folders / SFTP / SSH On To Vera ?

Hi

Is it possible to browse all the folders on my veralite from an an ipad* or PC?

I’ve my retrieved my root credentials, and can access via putty/terminal window, but have been unable to connect via either SFTP(SSH) or SCP (WinSCP) to browse the folders directly ?

I read an old post that suggest SFTP was not supported, is that still the case? or can people do it another way ?

I’m curious to understand the structure as a number of the files I’m trying to create reference areas on vera locally.

*I’m using textastic if anyone else is

% sftp root@veralite ash: /usr/libexec/sftp-server: not found

I guess that the very thin layer on SSH that SFTP is isn’t there. Pity.

Dunno about WinSCP, sorry; I’ve got nothing to run it on.

SFTP is not supported, but you should be able to use WinSCP … see http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,8549.msg58439.html#msg58439

When using WinSCP make sure to set [tt]File protocol[/tt] to [tt]SCP[/tt] instead of the default [tt]SFTP[/tt].
