Bridging Veras

I have 2 Vera 3’s and wish to bridge them. The instructions state to go into “add devices” and tick the “scan for upnp devices box”. The problem Is, the the box is untickable. Anyone know what’s up with this? Is there another setting that must be enabled first?

Someone went a little nuts with the capcha ey?

Thanks for the hint… hadn’t thought ie9 would have an issue with it. Switched to chrome and that worked. Thanks.

Insomnia, your bridging works ?

Are you know if when I have veras bridged if the slave runs the Zwave signal for her associated devices or the two veras send signal together ?

The normal way is for each Vera to have its own Z-Wave network and be controlling its own devices. Bridging to another one makes those devices visible on the second machine. If you like, you can bridge both ways (machine A to machine B, and machine B to machine A) to make it symmetrical. A scene can operate any of the devices visible on a machine even if they are not local to that machine.

Hope that’s clear - it can get difficult to manage.

This is because I have a big appartment to install and was worry because the concrete walls in that and I think I must use 2 veras to increase the signal.
