Hi Everyone,
It seems that not lots of people are bridging units, and the information is somewhat spotty.
I have noticed several things with the firmwares later than perhaps the June build version.
-
I used to the MIOS bridge unit in devices by MIOS name. That is how you would un-bridge if needed. They now no longer show.
-
in two way bridge mode, devices seem to populate in the direction of the first unit bridged. Some devices show, but additional ones added after bridging do not ever seem to make it. For certain scenes I would like the availability to use triggers from either side.
-
two way bridge used to have overall faster response time between both units, now it appears to be back to one way bridge type behavior. One way is fast, one is slow.
I think the solution to fixing this is to break the bridges and establish after all the devices are in place, or new devices are added. The lack of the bridged MIOS showing in the interface makes this seem not possible. Is there a way to break the bridge in the firmware versions after the June release?
