Best Idea for Integrated FireAlarm using YOur Existing Fire Alarms

Well it likes this might be the best idea so far for using your existing AC Powered/Integrated Fire Alarms

This guy is using a MIMOlite Sensor and Kidde Relay this will sense the alarm trip on your existing system and send it to MicasaVerde.
It also gives the ability to act an alarm system if your away and a door/window/or motion system and use your entire fire system as an alarm to scare the intruder.

Using this looks like it solves all the problems of the NEST or the other ZWAVE Alarms.

It’s been done before. Richard said in the other post that you posted this that he uses an itach relay to do this.

Sounds like you need to jump on this as this is the 3rd post I have seen you share this link in.
