Battery level not updated

Hi, I have a strange situation. I have two Neo Coolcam motion sensors that gave an alarma of low battery level. I changed the battery of both for new ones same brand. One of them inmediately told me 100%, the other one is still as it was, at 4%. In both cases I followed the same process?. changed the battery, the internal button for tehhlin “I am here” was depressed. In both cases Vera tells me that all are alive and reachable. In both cases they send alarm if motion is detected.

So, why one of them doesn’t show the battery level updated?

Any idea for solving it?

I have noticed that it sometimes takes waking up several times for it to update battery status. It may not transmit it or vera may not process it at every wake up event. You may want to try a couple of more wake button pushes.

Thanks, will try again and will update this thread.

I tried a couple of times to waking up the sensor without success. Finally I took out the new battery, inserted again, wake up button and… voila… 100% battery again.

Indeed, many battery operated devices transmit the battery level using the method.
