Bathroom fan control - building a better mousetrap

I do not know how to ignore the physical off sensing of most devices,

Also Vera will not reliably see the events quickly unless the device supports instant status.

My bathrooms have multiple switches
1 ceiling lights
2 ceiling fan
3 vanity lights.

All of my devices have instant status.

Every thing works automatically bases on motion.
But if I manually override a light level it also extends the standard time interval.

My intervals are also a function of the time of day.
They are short later at night.

There is an option for notification when the device is turned on or off; not sure if that’s via the physical switch or the Z-Wave command. I suppose I can use that notification too turn on the fan as well as a 15 minute delay to turn off.
