anyone know if something like this exists in zwave form
I have a old house and something like putting the automation in a faceplate would be great, sure many that live in apartments could also use
I don’t think that will do it, I did purchase a Z-wave GE ZW5301/45631 controller that I am assured will work for any scene I want to create. While I do not have it working yet I am hopeful.

You could mount a small touchscreen tablet and use that for on/off, timers, etc.
