Auto Patrol on mode change

Hi

I want to set a scene so when I activate, Night/Vacation/Away mode my camera will auto Patrol (i.e. PTZ camera will move around)

Now the Patrol setup is done via my Diskstation and all i need to do is quite simple i think.

I want to set a scene so if mode 2/3/4 is triggered then visit/ping/run this address:

https://MYIPADDRESS/webapi/entry.cgi?api=SYNO.SurveillanceStation.ExternalEvent&method=“Trigger”&version=1&eventId=1&eventName=“This is external event1”

My disk station will then pick up on this and trigger everything else automatically.

So my question is how do i create a scene which will ping/visit this web address upon trigger?
