Anytime I click on the “Users & Account Info” tab (doesn’t matter what browser I use) it makes me log back in but I still cant get to that tab. Any ideas? Im running UI7 on VL

Can you please try to empty the cache and login again through http://home.getvera.com/
Or, you can try “icognito” or “private” mode in the most browsers.

I’m having the same problem (with UI7 on VL). I tried clearing my cache and using incognito mode/private browsing (both Chrome and Firefox), but it didn’t help. I still get the endless login loop. I’ve contacted support but I haven’t heard anything back yet. Does anyone have a solution for this?
Just learned this today after going through what you guys are going through.
Your old login account does NOT transfer over to UI7. You must create a new one for UI7. You can use the same login details, but you must create it.
