Hi,
I am trying to create a direct association between motion sensor (Eversprint SP103) and a dimmer (Duwi 2000 like). How I do it:
- Open Device options for dimmer
- Add Group ID - 2
- Set - select dimmer and motion sensor here (should I select both?)
- Open Sensor Device options and do the same thing
- “Automatically configure option” is ON for both
- Save
- When I press View under Device Options I see nothing (sensor) or -1 (dimmer)
When Vera tries to update the Sensor it shown the error: Failed at: setting user association
For dimmer everything goes well.
Association WORKS after this despite on mentioned error and problems with Vera’s report under View. When this direct association is set up, Sensor does not report its state to Vera anymore (but turns on/off the light) - is it normal?
Also I want to have “instant status” behavior from the dimmer so I tried to add it to Group 1 - did not help.
