Associating Enerwave ZWN-RSM2 Load 2 to Linear WT00Z-1

Has anyone tried to associated “Load 2” on ZWN-RSM2 to a WT00Z-1 switch? I can get “Load 1” and other devices to associate but not Load 2. I can get load 2 to directly from my Vera-Lite and my Vera Phone app, but cannot associate it to a switch.

I would also like to know if this is possible. I would like to associate Load 2 to a RF9500 battery powered switch.
