I have cameras set to archive images on a regular basis. As of yesterday, all of the images are now blank. I can see the time and date stamp for each image, but there is no image and nothing comes up with I click on the blank space.
The system has been working for months without issues, and I have tried restarting Vera. No joy. I am even able to click on “Archive Snapshot” and get a “Command Successful”, but the images are all blank.
I searched around the Forum but haven’t seen anyone else having the same issue.
I see the same thing. All images up to 10:30 AM are blank. From around 10:30AM this morning on are recording. Last month all were deleted from as far back as 2010 even though I had camera set up to delete after 14 days. This time it shows a time stamp, but no picture.
I was with the same problem, open a ticket in support and they solve the problem, now I want know what can be wrong with a stable system to suddenly stop works.
I am experiencing the same behavior, with automatically archived images not being accessible for previous days. Yesterday I manually arched one image which is still accessible today.
