Hi - I am having issues with the archive function at the moment, and wandered if anyone could shed any light on it / suggest a fix.
My setup:
I have a single wireless IP camera, mounted outside, supported via. the generic IP camera plugin I think - all is working fine in terms of viewing the current camera output via. Vera.
I have the camera set to archive images for 45s after an outside motion sensor is triggered - I have the MAC field populated, and all way working fine for a while, but now I seem to be having issues.
My problem:
This was working fine for a day or two, and I could see the archived images in the archive. Every time the sensor tripped I’d get a series of images - e.g. 1 every couple of seconds.
However, now when I go into the archive it’s showing as empty for every single day, and stating ’ no archive images for the period selected’ - same message whatever historical date I select, even though I know it’s previously captured / stored / displayed images for some of the days in question.
Is this an issue anyone else has seen? any suggestions how I can kick the archive function back into life? It has done it once before, and I had a look at and checked the settings etc., but it started working again without me knowing why.
Is it an issue with the micasaverde servers, does anyone know? Is there anyway to query for the images on their servers to check they are there from outside of vera?
Thanks,
Jonathan
