Appropriate Dimmer for LED Lights that are using a transformer

Hi all,
first post. I just installed a vera lite and got a z-wave 3-way kit (GE 45612 with 45610) to control the setup that I have. I am attaching a picture of the setup. I bought this from LEDwaves.com. Basically it is one transformer that gets 110 and outputs 12VDC. With a regular 3-way switch/dimmer everything works good. When I install the GE z-wave the lights flicker a couple of times and the fuse on the transformer trips.

Does anyone know of an appropriate z-wave dimmer that will dim this type of load?
I am sorry if this has been asked before but I have searched the forum and could not find any results on this

I use a Cooper Aspire dimmer for an application the same as this and it works perfectly.
