Anyone get this message: PK_AccessPoint/HWKey pair doesn't match

I just got my vera box and i’m getting “PK_AccessPoint/HWKey pair doesn’t match” when trying to setup the findvera account. Anyone know how to fix this?

If anyone get’s this message should enable tech support remote assistance and send us a trouble report with your order number, name and date of purchase (also the store if it’s not from shop.micasaverde.com) .
