I have had problems remotely connecting since my last firmware update. And now, it won’t update out of the current version (or even show me what the current version is on the firmware tab). I submitted a trouble ticket about a week ago…haven’t heard a word.

It’s my guess you installed a beta FW?
The Beta Tester’s were told “never install 1.1.1327” due to it containing a serious bug. I think 1.1.1323 also had issues.

I started having problems remotely today. I went to the house and checked that the house router and Vera router are both working. I rebooted both and still cannot connect remotely. I can connect with Ivera on my Iphone when I am local, but it won’t work remotely. Seems like a server problem.
