Any z-wave device which can replace this manual 3 step ventilation switch?

I have a balanced ventilation system in my house. Its a Systemair. There are pipes to each room in the house and outside of the house we have a “box” which filter and mix some fresh air into the air sucked out of the house and then blown back in again. This system have 3 levels of speed it can run on. Low, middle and high. This is controlled by a very simple switch inside our house (see attached images).

The switch does operate on low voltage and I opened it to see how it looks like inside. Images attached.

How does this exactly work and is there any z-wave enabled devices out there I can replace this switch with?

It looks like that manual control I have control the different levels of the ventilation fan by setting the voltage within certain ranges. In other words: if the voltage are between 3-5V run on minimum speed, between 7-10V run on maximum speed.

I had a small chat with the fine people at Vesternet and they pointed me to a brand new module from Qubino which can operate as a potentiometer on these voltages: http://qubino.com/products/flush-dimmer0-10v/
I’ve actually forwarded this question to Qubino to see what they think.
