Wondering if anyone could take some time to post a few key screen snapshots of the latest firmware, particularly those UI areas that differ significantly from 616 (pre-Luup).
That would be neat, and perhaps even an incentive for us scaredy-cats who are waiting for all the “beta dust” to settle before upgrading. :
THANKS IN ADVANCE!
If you read the Officiale announcement of the new firmware:

Yes, some other Forum members kindly brought this to my attention via PM. Thanks, guys.
I don’t know why in my mind I’d imagined there were new fields in the ‘Devices’ tab related to Luup … I think while editing all the Wiki pages the past few days, I mis-read something along those lines.
Next stop, linking old X10 devices to Vera through a PLM, with Luup support. I wonder how many others will be interested in that endeavor. (I started a separate thread under “Vera Usage” regarding X10, and will keep everyone apprised there…)
LS,
The only real changes I have seen is that in the Device section there is a section called LUUP Plugins which comes with about 7 plugins so far (yet untested by me) and is a repository to add your own as well as a LUUP code tester to test run your codes and add your own LUA files. I’m not that involved yet with working with LUA so I can’t really elaborate more.
Also each Scene includes a LUUP Scene button to use that method to setup Scene controls.
The left-hand menu also has a new button/section for REMOTES. I currently am not using any controllers on the network other than VERA so I do not know if z-wave remotes get parsed here or if it is just an area to add non-Z-wave remotes such as the iPhone, which is the only option listed.
That’s all I’ve got for now.
