Any Ideas on pairing Schlage Lock FE5999

Hi,

I was wondering how can I pair the lock to my hub? also will the lock open/close via phone or desktop once paired with it.

What model is it? Think you have a typo (too many nines) if it is the FE599NX then it is z-wave and yes you can join it to the Vera, if it is the FE599 (no nx afterwards, it is not z-wave capable).

It doesn’t follow the NX so it means it’s not z-wave enabled? can you suggest locks from Schlage that I can pair with the veralite.

Any of the Schlages that have z-wave on the box, or NX at the end of the model number. There are often both z-wave and non-zwave versions of the same lock.

Okay so I ordered a new FE5999NX, I want to add the lock in the vera hub, Can you give me instructions how to add this?
