Can you delete the two factory preset PIN codes? I have tried a couple times, but they still show up in the device settings.

Are you trying to delete them from within Vera? Did you try the steps on page 5 of this pdf (http://part2.schlage.com/docs/Lock_User_Guide_B.pdf) for manually deleting User Codes?
I was trying to do them from Vera. Doing it manually at the keypad killed the codes (I just did a “remove all” and then added ours back in–it was a lot less button punching), as they no longer work at the lock. But Vera still seems to think they are valid…they certainly show up in the GUI.
Thanks for the tip on manual deletion. I suppose it’s possible the deletion from Vera was working all along, but the results weren’t being reflected in the UI correctly. Can try again on the garden shed FE599–I’ll delete them from Vera, and then go try them. If they’re still live, I’ll do the manual clearing process.

[Edit] It looks like both approaches work. Deleted PINs from the FE599 eventually vanished from the UI, and have been confirmed not to work any more. Manual deletion at the keypad made the preset PINs stop working immediately, and they also eventually cleared themselves out of the UI–although I had also tried to delete them from the UI previously. I think there’s just a propagation problem from the locks back to Vera.
