it comes with a gateway, power monitor, appliance module, thermostat, and repeaters for $499…I can’t tell what radio it is using.

Looks like Zigbee - AG105- AG Wireless repeater as part of the starter kit and there is a subscription fee of 1 year - $179.99 and 2 year for $359.99 - not much info on their website - looks like a phone call
