I lost all of my Leviton Vizia RF+ switches at the same time 2 days ago. I figured there was a firmware update that I needed to download. After I downloaded the latest firmware I now show “Unable to get any information” on all nodes. Has anyone seen this type of behavior? I’m currently running 1.1.1337.
It happend to me one time. For some reason, I could not undertand, my vera controler switch from Primary to secundary controler. If you go on the dashboard under z-wave device look in the tab options it must say on the Role row “Suc SIS:YES PRI:YES”. On my vera it was showing PRI:no and i had to reset the unit to factory state load the New update and redo my hole network.
