Alexa not working

Still having that issue as well - device is controllable through the device’s app, but Alexa voice integration continues to falsely report that the device is offline.

On a random offchance this morning I figured I’d try redoing my skill link again - it does not work for me. It just sits at the login prompt for the skill link and hitting ‘login’ does nothing.

Why does the skill keep timing out and we have to keep relinking it? Was a fix deployed or just a band-aid? Are we going to see this keep happening or is it resolved now?

As of today, a permanent fix has been deployed to resolve the authentication issues between Vera and Alexa. This was a structural update, not a temporary “band-aid,” and it is intended to provide long-term stability.

Could you please confirm if you have tried re-linking the skill since this morning? If you are still experiencing time-outs or find the skill unlinking itself after this fix, please let us know so we can investigate further.

I have relinked. However I still see the ‘Device is unresponsive’ message for all linked Vera devices. Is this something that should have been resolved in this fix or is there something else causing this that needs to be addressed as well?

Any updates on the most recent outage with controller access and it affecting the Alexa connected devices?
