Our engineering team is still actively working on the Alexa integration issue, but we do not have any new updates or an ETA to share at the moment. Yes, the fix was deployed and it solved the issue for some customers, but it still persists for others. Could you please give it another try and let us know if it works on your side?
I had tried yesterday afternoon and it still showed devices as unresponsive and I just checked now and the skill was no longer linked.
So the issue has not been resolved.
I tried this morning and it is not able to link the skill.
I just tried again and it is finally working!
I tried again and it’s the same for me - I go through the whole process and it does re-link and find a device. Then it shows as unlinked and unresponsive again immediately. I got it to work one time once, but then it was immediately backed to saying the skill was unlinked and disabled.
The same happened to me yesterday but now it is working again.
It’s definitely unstable.
I don’t think what they rolled out actually fixed it. If it was truly fixed it would work for all users.
