Alert when PIN Code entered in Yale lock

My friend would like to receive VeraMate alerts when a specific PIN code is entered in her zwave Yale Lock. I have the same lock and Vera and use PLEG to do this, but for some unknown reason, PLEG won’t install on her Vera.

Is there a way to do this on her Vera without PLEG?

I have a Schlage BE469, I use Vera Alerts plug-in and VeraMate Alerts plug-in, the first make the alert and second send to the Veramate.
