When you go to the Alerts page hit the dropdown under the date/time and choose a time period within the period of your alert. These alerts will mystically appear and you can delete them there.
I get the same thing. Clicking on it brings me to the logs, which has a default view of “Today,” so it won’t show something that happened 2 days ago (as in your case).
But if I change it to “This Week” or something, and delete it from the log it still shows up at the top of my dashboard, which is annoying for things that have been resolved.
Yeah, it is a bit annoying but I haven’t been annoyed enough yet to hunt down the file that caches the last 10 alerts.
Thanks guys for the suggestions… unfortunately it still didn’t go away… I went to the alerts page and enabled it to display all alerts back to the time I installed the veralite (less than a week now) but there were still no records in there. Perhaps it will go away eventually on its own. No big deal I don’t want to cause a lot of research by anyone.

For what it’s worth I have the same issue. 9 days later it is still flagging for a camera that I briefly disconnected, even though it also says “Device Responding Again”
Deleted the events everywhere I could find them, but no luck.
This is definitely a bug that needs to be fixed.
There is no way to clear this particular type of alert via the user interface (UI7). While this alert does appear in the dashboard, it does not appear in the alert list, hence there is no way to delete it. Rebooting Vera does not clear this alert either.
I was having this issue (kept telling me device didn’t respond like 2weeks ago) and Vera support was able to delete it for me, not sure how they fixed it.
