After updating to the latest version my vera edge is not responding anymore.
Only two indicator lights are on < wifi and internet>
I was trying to hard reset but not successful…
Would you suggest some solution…

Try to unplug the device and wait two minutes before you power it up again. Sometimes you need to be patient. I had it several times that a non-responding device came back after a few hours. Good luck!
The guy from support center (Alexander) was trying to fix it remotely, but unsuccessfully…The item is defective as he told…
