Aeotec update software gives missing static library error

Attempting to check or update the firmware on my newly purchased Multisensor 6, which required me to dig out my old home settings ha22 and install the driver software for that which eventually succeeded and show active on com 5 (windows 7 running in Parallels on the Mac). The Aeotec update software shows the ha22 on usb in the “settings” part, but when selected shows a missing static library… Any clues here or I suppose the bottom line would be is there any way to check which firmware is installed now, and if it is already 1.07 if so, maybe I should quit while I’m ahead until Aeotec has debugged the next update.

…not related, but trying to get thru the captcha is murder!

Got a reply from Aeotec. Didn’t address the “static library” error, but did say how to check the firmware vers. Go to the main node settings, then to the “Advanced” tab, and then to “settings”. The last two digits on the right show the firmware vers. (i.e. 0,6 or 0,7 for 1.06. or 1.07).
