Aeotec Home Energy Meter - Readout switches between values

Hi,

we were using a not connected energy meter since a few years, so I thought I could upgrade this to a connected energy meter. I bought and installed the Energy Meter from Aeotec, 3 Clamps, 60A. I was surprised that in addition to the clamps I had to connect wires to each phase and neutral. But that went okay, maybe it gives more precision.

First impressions on the UI7 - I hadn’t checked that before - are completely disappointing. That ‘Ergy’-thing seems to be down and doesn’t look like it will ever come back. I would give Datayours a chance, but for now my USB-port is in use with a mysensors.org device. This will take a lot of my time to get this to work.

I can’t even get a good readout in the ‘devices’ section of vera, because the readout values are alternating between to values every few seconds.

Is there any explanation I am missing here? Is it something like today and total? Why did it start with seemingly random values?

LOL Does the HEM work at all. I’ve messed with it for weeks and it works for a week then one CT stops, then the 2nd one.
Does anyone have the HEM 1 working or is it trash?

If it isn’t working have Customer Care take a look at it. email support@getvera.com and CC me. Enable remote access in Settings–>Customer Care and include the code in your email.
