I believe this may be the older battery operated version. They accept Paypal so no worries about CC info.

This is the original Home Energy Meter(DSB09104-ZWUS) This is the U.S. frequency device, so it will not work with European Z-Wave systems.

The new version Aeon Labs Aeotec Z-Wave Home Energy Meter, 2nd Edition (DSB28-ZWUS) has a different part number and a different appearance. Notice the extra cable. For Europe, you’ll want DSB28-ZWEU, see Vesternet.com.
