Aeon window/door sensor "Can't Detect Device" but working

Vera is has been reporting “Can’t detect device” since forever but the device works and continue to work. Does anyone have this issue?

yep my 4-in-one sensors have had this issue ever since i upgraded to ui7

I recently upgraded from Vera Lite to Vera Plus, and I am experiencing the same issue. All of my Aeon Lab door sensors will either say “Can’t detect device” or “Waiting for wakeup to configure device…”

Does anyone have a suggestion for me please?

I’m afraid the only fix might be the next firmware release that a lot of us are waiting for.

I have this problem with one of two door sensors. One is ok but one “Can’ Detect Device” but it seems to work properly? Same brand purchased at the same time. Go figure!! Just annoying.

I removed and paired again and its working normal for now.
