What do you suggest me to solve Aeon RGBW Bulb’s “Failed at: Getting the version” error message? I exclude and include the bulb a few times but cannot solve ???

Not sure that I can offer any suggestions to fix your problem but if you posted a little more info such as the other hardware you are using then it may help someone be able to offer better advice if you are still having troubles.
I have one of the bulbs and managed to incorporate it into my Vera Edge UI7 system fairly quickly although it took me some time to get it set up how I needed it to be (Using PLEG to turn it on at dusk and set a color off at dawn etc.).
