Hi,
I have the aeon smartswitch setup to measure my washing machine energy usage per month. However I can’t seem to find the location in veralite to track this data. In Engery>usage I can see the actual watts but history usage is empty and measure data give me this error when trying to track it “Unable to retrieve data, please try again later. If the situation persist, please check your internet settings.” Is there anything i’m misunderstanding.
I been trying to set this up for one week already and still lost. Been searching for answer all over google and nothing answers it. I really appreciate someone can help me out.
