Aeon labs smart energy switch - inaccurate power reading?

I’m noting the power readings from my Aeon Labs “smart energy switch”'s have not been correct lately. When I turn off one switch for example, the switch physically turns off, however whilst on the UI (chm_ui6) the switch is marked as off, the amount of power being used is still remains at what it was (i.e. it doesn’t drop down to 0).

Any suggestions/ideas here?

Notes

  • My fireware version: “You are running the latest version: 1.6.641”

I am on the Beta Firmware but even the firmware before that caused these switches not to report the Wattage about 50% of the time, they either report the correct value or “0W” even though they are never in the off state and always have a load. I pressed the “Configure Node Right Now” and now the Neighbors field is empty where before there were 15-20 nodes listed.

so did this fix it then farfromuman?

It is not fixed, I have not tried to remove and add the devices yet, waiting for the next version to come out before wasting more of my time.
