I’ve setup 3 Aeon Labs Micro Smart Switch second edition and 2 of them are reporting energy consumption correctly, but the third one only works as a regular on/off switch.
I’ve tried removing and re-including the 3rd switch to the Vera Lite, but it didn’t change anything.
The box says it is a 2nd edition (which supports energy reporting). Is there anything I can do on the Vera do “force” enable it?

I believe there are 2 versions of the 2nd edition. One reports energy usage, the other doesn’t. I fell into the same trap with my Micro dimmer. Amazon sold both and I didn’t notice the difference. I had to return it and get the correct on.
I could be wrong about the switch though, I am only thinking there are 2 versions because there are 2 versions of the dimmer.
Hi @leolabato
Did you sort it out?
What type of the switch do you have ? I’m looking for the dimmer version?
& @SirMeili
Do you both rate these compared to e.g the Fibaro ones?

I did not solve it. Since I bought my switches on two batches from Amazon, I believe the first one did report energy usage and the second one did not. I tried 3 different switches from the second batch and they all didn’t report.
I have the on/off switches, not the dimmers. One thing that is annoying is that they seem to be too fragile. During the house renovation, I had a drill connected to a outlet which is on the same circuit of the switches and they turned off when the drill was started (that also happened with a vacuum cleaner). This did not happen with the GE on/off switches and LINEAR dimmers I had installed.
So I’ve isolated the micro switches on a separate circuit on the gang box and they seem to be fine so far (I have 4 of them installed, for about a month).
