Got me two of these today

Once included to the network, vera adds an “On / Off”-button on the device. Does this have any functionality ?
I tried switching to on - but after a while it switches back to off-position again.

The LED on the extender is fixed on.

I have the same problem, 3 extenders, all go to the off position after a few minutes.

And it like they are not there? as they have not added to my original range.

Do I have to program each unit (i.e. Door lock) to go thru a specific extender manually or does it choose automatically?

These extenders show up as binary switches, but they have no switching function, so they will not work. On/Off make no difference, they are a radio only and are not switchable.

After installing and including the range extenders, it will be necessary to wait 24 hours or perform a network heal so that the network becomes aware of the device(s) and Vera determines routes that utilize the device. This can be determined by looking at the Autoroute field of a distant node that should utilize the range extender as an intermediate device. The node number of the range extender should appear amongst the list of routes.

If the range extender is still not used for routes between Vera and other devices, you will need to relocate the range extender to a more favorable location or possibly use manual routes.

Hello!

How about…“The LED on the extender is fixed on”, is it normal? If so, is it possible to turn it off?
