I purchased the Aeon Labs Appliance Switch (DSC06106 - Z-Wave Smart Energy Switch) from Amazon the other day. Had I known it was supported by Verizon, I would have never purchased it!
The simple 1 page instructions send you to a Verizon website which no longer contains the setup wizard for the appliance switch. I’ve been on hold with Verizon for over 30 minutes after being transferred about 4 times now because no one on the support line has any clue about this product.
Do I have to go through Verizon to setup this device, if not, how can I pair it with my Vera?
