Trying to use Aeon door switch DSB4100-ZWUS (first generation) with VeraEdge controller and I have no luck. Will pair properly and work ok for few hours than I will be alerted that “device is no longer connected”?!
Contacted Aeon costumer service. Was told that unit goes to ?sleep? but should still respond when you open or close door. I tested but seem that unit sleep so deep that won?t respond to controller. Switch is about 7 feed from so I don?t think there is a distance issue. Also was told that there is a routing bug for this switch in Vera?s current U17 software.

These Aeon Labs sensors have a known issue with Vera UI7. Some state their sensors don’t report the right state at all under UI7 while some, like mine, do function properly (i.e.: report the correct state of a door/window) but not without an error message on the Vera Dashboard.
Thanks for respond. Seems like its U17 issue base on some users statements. Due that this sensor is fairly new (about two weeks) I decide to send that poppy hell back to Amazon and save my self a headache.
